腺瘤样瘤组织起源的免疫组化研究

目的探讨腺瘤样瘤的组织起源。方法应用免疫组化ＳＰ法检测２３例附睾腺瘤样瘤中Ｖｉｍｅｎｔｉｎ和上皮膜抗原（ＥＭＡ）的表达情况。结果本组瘤细胞均表达Ｖｉｍｅｎｔｉｎ，ＥＭＡ除１例阴性表达外、余均阳性表达，说明该肿瘤具有向上皮和间叶双向分化的能力。结论支持腺瘤样瘤可能起源于胚胎残存的Ｍüｌｅｒｉａｎ间叶成分的假说。

Immunohistochemical Study on the Histogenesis of Adenomatoid Tumors

Objective\ The origin of the adenomatoid tumor remains unclear,an immunohistochemical analysis of vimentin and humen epithelial membrance antigen(EMA)in the tumors of the epididymis was performed.\ Methods\ There are 23 cases of adenomatoid tumors of epididymis from 1986 to 1996.\ All were re diagnosis under the miscroscopy pathologically.\ An immunohistochemical technique of the streptoavidin peroxidase method(sp method)was carried out.\ Results\ 23/23 tumors were positive for vimemtin,22/23 stained positive for EMA and only 1/23 was negative for EMA.\ These immunohistochemical characteristics indicate that the adenomatoid tumors present the features of epithelium and mesenchyme.\ Conclusion\ As to the histogenesis,the authors favour the Mullerian mesenchymal origin.
