金砂五淋丸治疗慢性前列腺炎临床总结

目的观察金砂五淋丸治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法将1 83例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组1 31例,口服金砂五淋丸,对照组5 2例,口服前列康片。2组均以3周为一疗程,治疗2疗程。观察临床疗效及主要症状,前列腺液常规检查和细菌培养,前列腺体B超检测等。结果治疗组痊愈率( 5 2 .7% ) ,总有效率( 95 .4% ) ,明显高于对照组痊愈率( 1 7.2 % ) ,总有效率( 65 .4% )。两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P <0 .0 1 ) ,两组治疗后主要症状均有改善,尤其是治疗组对小腹拘急、会阴胀痛、下腰胀痛及小便淋漓改善更为显著,明显优于对照组(P <0 .0 1 )。前列腺液常规检查及细菌培养前列腺B超检测等治疗组与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P <0 .0 1 )。结论金砂五淋丸治疗慢性前列腺炎具有显著疗效。

A clinical Summary of Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis with Jinsha Wulin Pill

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of Jinsha Wulin Pill in treating chronic prostatitis.Method 183 case of chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into two groups. The 131 cases in the treatment group was treated by oral administration of Jinsha Wilin Pill, while in the control group, 52 cases were treated by oral administration of Qian Lie Kang Tablet. Three weeks constituted one course of treatment in both groups and the treatment lasted two courses for the observation of clinical therapeutic effects, main symptoms, routine prostatic fluid tests, bacterial culture and supersonic B examination of prostatic body.Result The treatment group achieved a cure rate of 52.7% and the total effective rate was 95.4%, which were markedly higher than those of the control group,17.2% and 65.4% respectively. There existed magnificent difference between the two groups (P< 0.01). The main symptoms in both groups improved, especially in the treatment group, underbelly contracture, distending pain of perineum, distending pain of lower waist and dribbiling urination were greatly improved and better than the control group (P<0.01). Compared with the control group, routine prostatic fluid test, bacterial culture and examination of prostatic body were all significantly different in the treatment group (P<0.01)Conclusion Jinsha Wulin Pill has marked therapeutic effects on chronic prostatitis.
