摘    要:目的研究氟伐他汀对高脂血症患者降脂作用及对血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法高脂血症患者30例,服用氟伐他汀40 mg.d-1,服药4周后若血清总胆固醇(TC)〉5.18 mmol.L-1,则剂量加倍,疗程12周。服药前及服药后4、8、12周测血清TC、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、hs-CRP。结果治疗4周氟伐他汀降低TC、TG的总有效率分别为93.3%和46.6%,升高HDL-C的总有效率为53.3%。治疗4、8、12周与治疗前比较TC、TG、LDL-C、hs-CRP均明显下降(P〈0.05),HDL-C明显增高(P〈0.05)。治疗4、8、12周相互间比较TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C无明显变化(P〉0.05)。治疗4、8、12周相互间比较hs-CRP随治疗时间的延长而明显下降(P〈0.05)。结论氟伐他汀能够降低血清TC、TG、LDL-C、hs-CRP,升高HDL-C水平,并具有独立于调脂功能的降低炎性因子表达的作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of fluvastatin on blood lipid reduction and serum levels of high-sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods 30 patients with hyperlipidemia were treated with oral administration of fluvastatin,40 mg·d-1 for a regimen of 12 weeks.The dose of fluvastatin was doubled if serum total cholesterol(TC) was over 5.2 mmol·L-1 at week 4.The serum levels of TC,triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and hs-CRP were determined before the treatment and at 4,8 and 12 weeks of the regimen.Results At the end of the 4th week,the total efficacy of fluvastatin on lowering TC and TG levels and increasing HDL-C level was 93.3%,46.6% and 53.3%,respectively.TC,TG,LDL-C and hs-CRP levels significantly decreased,and HDL-C level significantly increased as compared to the levels before treatment(P0.05).The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C had no significantly changes at the end of 4th,8th and 12th weeks(P0.05),while the hs-CRP level significantly decreased with the duration of treatment(P0.05).Conclusions Fluvastatin can reduce serum TC,TG,LDL-C and hs-CRP levels,and increase HDL-C level,and may downregulate the expression of inflammatory factors independent of lipid-modifying ability.
