超氧化物歧化酶对大鼠肾上腺素性肺水肿的影响

摘    要:采用静脉注射肾上腺素造成大鼠急性肺水肿.与对照组比较,超氧化物歧化酶预处理可减轻大鼠肺毛细血管通透性和肺泡通透性(P<0.05).超氧化物歧化酶组和对照组间肺系数、肺湿/干比接近。提示,除O~-外,其它活性氧代谢产物(特别是OH·和H_2O_2)对大鼠肾上腺素性肺水肿的发生可能起更重要的作用。

Abstract:The acute pulmonary edema in rats was caused by intravenous injection of epinephrine.Compared with the control group,pretreatment with superoxide dismutase could reduce the pulmonary capillary permeability and alveolar permeability in rats (P< 0.05).The pulmonary coefficient and pulmonary wet/dry ratio of the treated group with superoxide dismutase were similar to that of the control group.The results suggested that the active oxygen metabolites(OH* and H2O2in particular)might play a important role in epinephrine-in-duced pulmonary edema in rats.
