桦甸市肺吸虫病流行现状调查

摘    要:桦甸市于1978年发现为卫氏并殖吸虫自然疫源地,居民肺吸虫皮试阳性率17.04%。2005年居民肺吸虫皮试阳性率2.08%;在白山、红石镇采集的螺和蜊蛄均未查见肺吸虫蚴虫;金沙河、木其河均未采集到螺和蜊蛄。随着生态环境的变化及全民防治肺吸虫病的传播已被控制。

Abstract:The natural foci of Paragonimus westermani was founded in Huadian City in 1978 and the positive rate of P, westermani skin test was 17.04% among residents, and the rate decreased to 2.08% in 2005. P. westermani larvae was not found in the spiral vagina and crayfish collected from Hongshi Town and Baishan Town. The spiral vagina and crayfish were not found in Jinsha River and Muqi River. The spread of paragonimiasis was controlled with the ecological environment change.s and the control methods enhanced in population.
