| 摘 要： | 本文采用随机组合的方法研究了平阳霉素,长春新硷和顺氯氨铂三药单用,二联及三联方案对S180,ECA,P388小鼠双淋巴细胞白血病的疗效。以期寻找出最佳合并用药方案。实验表明,在S180、ECA和P388,三个瘤株中,平阳霉素和顺氯氨铂二药合用表现为协同作用,其疗效优于任何其他二联和三联方案。体外对ECA细胞杀伤作用的实验表明,平阳霉素与顺氯氨铂两药合用,长春新硷与顺氯氨铂及三联方案均显示协作杀伤作用。

| Abstract: | A laboratory study of the chemotherapy on ECA, S180 and P388 leuk aemia with the combination of pingyang mycin, vincristine and cis-diamminedichloroplatinum was carried out in vivo and in vitro. The experiment in vivo showed that the combination of pingyang mycin and cis-diamminedichloroplatinum couldenhance the antineoplastic activity better than any other combination of two-agents or three-agents or single-agent on ECA, S180 and P_(388) leukaemia. The experiment in vitro indicated that the combinations of pingyang my cin and cis-diamminedichloroplatinum, vincristine and cis-diamminedichloroplatinum or vincristine, pingyang mycin and cis-diamminedichloroplatinum all appeared to be able enhance cellkilling effect on ECA cells. |
