摘    要:目的分离鉴定干姜Zingiber officinale(Willd.)Rosc.]挥发油成分。方法用气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)联用技术,应用峰面积归一化法测定各组分的相对含量。结果共测定出57种化合物,占挥发油总量的88.06%,主要为烯及萜类化合物。结论本实验方法可靠,重现性好,能掌握干姜的内在质量特征,为藏药合理利用干姜提供一定的科学依据。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Zingiber officinale.Methods The constituents of volatile oil from Zingiber officinale,was analyzed by technology of GC/MS.Results 57 compounds were got and identified in the volatile oil,which accounted for 88.06% of volatile oil,the major chemical compounds in the volatile oil were alkene and terpenes.Conclusion This method is reliable,stable and repeatable,the data can provide scientific bases for research of Zingiber officinale.
