应用LCP治疗下肢管状骨骨不连的临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的:探讨植骨后使用锁定加压接骨板治疗下肢管状骨骨折骨不连的临床效果。方法:总结我院自2008—10~2010—03植骨后应用锁定加压接骨板治疗下肢长管状骨骨折骨不连患者15例,对其骨不连的原因及治疗效果进行分析。结果:所有病例均获随访,15例患者均达到骨性愈合,平均愈合时间4.5个月,疗效满意。结论:LCP接骨板因其先进的设计,具有固定牢固可靠,可早期功能锻炼的优点,植骨后应用锁定加压接骨板能有效治疗下肢长管状骨骨折不连接。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of revision of nonunion with locking compression plate(LCP) after surgical treatments of long-shaft bone of lower extremity fractures.Methods:Fifteen cases of long-shaft bone of lower extremity fractures with nonunion of femoral or tibia shaft fracture after various surgical treatments were reviewed and analyzed retrospectively between Oct.2008 and March 2010.All the fractures were managed with removal of previous implants,open reduction and internal fixation with LCP,supplemented by bone graft.The follow-up period was 8.6 months in average(range,5~16 months).Results:All the non-unions were united,with the average union time of 4.5 months(range,3~6.5months).Conclusion:LCP with bone graft is a reliable and effective treatment for revision of nonunion of femoral and tibia shaft fracture after surgical treatment.
