装潢聚氨酯漆挥发物对小鼠免疫功能的影响

为探讨装潢聚氨酯漆挥发物的免疫毒性，使小鼠接触聚氨酯漆挥发物，每天２ｈ，持续接触３周后观察各项免疫功能指标。结果显示，接触组免疫器官指数与对照组差异不显著。接触组淋巴细胞ＡＮＡＥ阳生率、迟发型变态反应、血清溶血素水平、末梢血白细胞吞噬功能、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞功能均明显低于对照组。研究表明，聚氨酯漆挥发物对机体细胞免疫、体液免疫、非特异性免疫功能均有明显抑制作用。

Effects of Volatile Mixtures of Polyurethane Paint for Decorative Use on Immune Functions in Mice

To explore the immunotoxicity of the volatile mixtures of polyurethane paint for decorative use,the indicators for immune functions were determined among mice,after a 3 week expousure,2 hours per day to volatile mixtures of polyurethane paint for decorative use The results showed that the indexes of immune organs among observed mice revealed no signficant differences between exposed groups and control group The data,such as ANAE positive rates of lymphocytes,delayed allergic reaction,the levels of serum hemolysins,phagocytotic function of white blood cells in peripheral blood and the phagocytotic function of celiac macrophages on cook red blood cells,in exposed groups were lower than those in control group It indicated the volatile mixtures of polyurethane paint for decorative use presented significant inhibition in cellular immunity,humoral immunity and nonspecific immunity for mice
