支架成形术治疗颅内动脉狭窄的应用

摘    要:目的:总结本组颅内支架成形术的的手术成功率、并发症发生率及随访情况,探讨该治疗方法的可行性、有效性和安全性。方法:回顾性分析2004年4月至2006年5月本院应用支架成形术治疗的18例颅内动脉狭窄患者的手术成功率、围手术期并发症发生率及随访情况。结果:18例症状性颅内动脉狭窄患者共19处病变,手术成功率94.7%;术前平均狭窄率69.2±8.4%;术后残余狭窄平均6.9±1.4%;围手术期并发症发生率11.1%;平均随访10.8±6.7月,TCD复查显示2例发生再狭窄,但无脑梗塞、TIA、眩晕等脑血管事件发生。结论:本研究显示,颅内支架成形术在技术上是可行的,但其有效性和安全性尚需进一步的研究。

Abstract:Objective: To summarize the rate of technical success and the rate of total complications of the outcome of follow-up of Stent-assisted Angioplasty for symptomatic intracranial stenosis in our hospital, and to study the technical feasibility and effectiveness and safety Stent-assisted Angioplasty for Symptomatic Intracranial Stenosis. Methods: The rate of technical success and the rate of total complications and the outcome of follow-up of 18 patients with intracranial stenosis treated in our hospital from 2004 to 2006 were studied retrospectively. Results: The rate of technical success of 18 cases with 19 symptomatic intracranial stenosis(mean 69.24±8.4 %) treated by Stent-assisted Angioplasty was 94.7% , and the residual stenosis was 6.94 ±1.4%. The rate of total complications was 10.5% and no cerebral infarction and TIA and vertigo was found after 10.84±6.7 months follow-up. Conclusions: Stent-assisted Angioplasty symptomatic intracranial stenosis is technical feasible and further studys are needed about its effectiveness and safety.
