| 摘 要： | 本组报告61例单侧鼻前庭切口经蝶显微切除鞍内肿瘤。男33例，女28例，年龄16-61岁，垂体腺瘤57例，脑膜瘤1例，室管膜瘤1例，星形细胞瘤2级1例，生殖细胞瘤1例。全组病组例均以单侧鼻前庭经蝶入路显微切除肿瘤，1例垂体腺瘤因术后2周出现下视丘损害的内分泌功能紊乱死亡外，余均无术后并发症。经随访2个月－2年效果满意，证明该术式不单用于治疗垂体腺瘤，并且对鞍内其它肿瘤均有良好疗效。
