明胶酶B及其组织抑制剂在子痫前期胎盘滋养细胞中的表达及意义

目的:探讨明胶酶B及其组织抑制剂(TIMP-1)与子痫前期发生、发展的关系.方法:采用免疫组化方法对40例正常晚期妊娠和40例子痫前期患者胎盘滋养细胞中明胶酶B和TIMP-1的蛋白表达水平和组织学定位进行检测.结果:子痫前期胎盘组织中合体滋养细胞和细胞滋养细胞明胶酶B表达水平显著低于正常晚期妊娠组(P均＜0.01);TIMP-1表达重度子痫前期显著高于正常晚期妊娠组(P均＜0.05).结论:子痫前期存在促浸润蛋白和抑浸润蛋白表达的平衡失调,可能参与子痫前期的发病和进展.

Expression of gelatinase-B and its tissue inhibitor in trophoblast of preeclampsia and the clinical significance

Objective: To study the relationship between gelatinase-B and its tissue inhibitor TIMP-1 to the pathogenesis and development of preeclampsia. Methods: The protein location and expression of gelatinase-B and TIMP-1 in placental tissue of 40 patients with preeclampsia and 40 women of normal pregnancy were detected by using immunohistochemistry method. Results: The expression levels of gelatinase-B in both syncytiotrophoblast (STB) and cytotrophoblast (CTB) of placenta of patients with preeclampsia were significantly lower than those in women of normal pregnancy (P<0.01). While the expression levels of TIMP-1 in STB and CTB of patients with severe preeclampsia were significantly higher than those in women of late pregnancy women (P<0.05, P<0.05). Conclusion: The expressions of invasion-related protein and invasion-suppressor protein are imbalanced in preeclampsia, which may play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of preeclampsia.
