| 摘 要： | 目的 保证高性能战斗机飞行员疗养护理质量,保障飞行员的战斗力。方法 将高性能战斗机飞行员疗养护理过程按时间上分为准备阶段、入院阶段、疗养阶段、出院阶段四个阶段,并将每个阶段的工作细化,使每个护士明确各阶段必须完成的基本工作。结果 飞行员对疗养科护理质量满意率保持在98%以上。结论 护理工作程序化是保证护理质量的有效手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To ensure the quality of nursing to the pilot of high-performance fighter and the fighting ability of pilot. Methods The nursing work of pilot is divided into the preparing stage, the entering stage, the convalescing stage and the discharging stage, and then the work of each stage is classified in more details. Every nurse knows the work she must do in every stage. Results The satisfaction ratio of pilot to the quality of nursing keeps more than 98%. Conclusion It is effective to ensure the quality of nursing by dividing the procedure of the nursing work to four stages. |
