上海、昆明两城区居民精神卫生知识知晓与服务需求对比研究

目的调查并比较上海、昆明两城区居民对精神卫生知识的知晓情况以及对社区精神卫生服务的需求情况,分析造成两地差异的可能因素,为因地制宜地制定相关政策、促进居民心理健康提供参考。方法自编调查问卷,在上海3个街道对1317名社区居民、云南省昆明市两个社区内514名社区居民进行调查。结果上海社区居民精神卫生知识知晓情况好于昆明社区居民,后者社区精神卫生服务需求大于前者,但两者总体知晓情况都不理想,社区精神卫生服务需求较大。结论要加强精神卫生知识的宣传普及,大力发展社区精神卫生服务,促进居民心理健康。

A comparative investigation of awareness and demands for mental health services between Shanghai residents and Kunming residents

Objective:To compare the awareness and demands between Shanghai and Kunming residents and investigate the underlying factors.To provide information for policy-making and strategy and improve the residents' mental health status.Methods:One thousand three hundred and seventeen residents of three communities in Shanghai and 514 of two communities in Yunnan had finished the self-designed qustinnaire.Results:The awareness status in Shanghai is better than Yunnan,but the demands of community mental health services in Yunnan is larger than the other.The awareness status of neither area was good while the demands of both area are large.Conclusion:It is necessary to do more public education work and apply more community mental health services to enchance the mental health of urban residents.
