近红外线乳腺影像诊断在妇女乳腺疾病普查中的应用价值

目的：观察近红外线乳腺影像诊断在妇女乳腺疾病普查中的价值。材料与方法：采用DX-9000E红外线乳腺诊断仪，被普查者袒露双乳正对摄像机，双手自然下垂，收腹使双乳放松，红外探头逐象限仔细扫描观察。结果：乳痛症866例，乳腺囊性增生198例，乳腺纤维腺瘤28例，乳腺癌6例。结论：（1）红外线乳腺诊断仪使用携带方便，图像直观，诊断快，可反复多次检查并可进行图像记录，各年龄段的妇女都适用，成为当前开展乳腺疾病普查的主要手段。（2）对鉴别肿块的良、恶性有很高的准确率，可为诊断早期乳腺癌提供可靠的依据。（3）这种检查手段简便易行，便于医生操作。（4）缺陷，国内尚无统一的诊断标准，加之操作水平不一，诊断标准有待进一步探讨。

The Application Value of Near-infrared Imaging Diagnosis for Survey of Women's Breast Disease

Purpose： To observe the application value of near - infrared imaging diagnosis for survey of Women＇s breast disease. Materials and Methods： Patients, standing in front of the camera with their breasts open and hands down naturally, chest inward and abdominal cud so that the beasts are in a state of relaxation, are carefully scanned and examined one quadrant after another by the infrared detector of the DX - 9000E infrared ray medical diagnosis instrument. Results： There are altogether 866 cases with mastodynia, 198 cases breast cystic hyperplasia, 28 breast fihroadenoma, and 6 breast cancers. Conclusion： （ 1 ） With clear images and quick diagnosis, the infrared ray medical diagnosis instrument is very convenient to be carded about. It can conduct examination repeatedly and record images, and is applicable to women of each age group. Therefore, it has become the main means to conduct the survey of breast disease at present. （2） It has high accuracy towards identifying whether a mass is benign or malignant, thus providing reliable evidence for the early stage breast cancer diagnosis. （3）This examining measure, simple and easy to learn, is very convenient to be operated by the doctors. （4）The defects are that there are no unified diagnosis standards at home till now and the operation level also varies. Therefore, its diagnosis standards need further study.
