脂肪肝患者血清瘦素水平检测及其临床意义的研究

目的探讨血清瘦素水平在脂肪肝形成过程中的作用。方法用ELISA方法检测162例脂肪肝患者及50例正常对照组血清瘦素(LEP)水平,并同步监测体重指数(BMI),酶法检测谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TCH)及高密度脂蛋白(HDL)指标,来评价瘦素水平与脂肪肝发病的关系。结果(1)脂肪肝患者LEP水平、BMI、ALT、AST、TG、TCH均高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05);(2)LEP与BMI、TG、TCH呈正相关。结论脂肪肝患者存在高瘦素水平及瘦素抵抗,高水平的血清瘦素在脂肪肝的发病中不仅是果而且是因〔1〕。

Clinical Study on Aerumal LEP Detection in Fat Liver

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum leptin concentration and insulin resistance in fatty liver patients.MethodsSerum leptin concentrations were measured by radioimmunoassay;body mass index(BMI),ALT,AST,total cholesterol(TCH),triglycerides(TG),and high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C) were determined in 162 fatty liver patients and 50 normal control subjects.Results(1)The serum leptin concentrations and BMI,TCH,TG,ALT,AST in the fatty liver indiniduals were higher than in the control(P<0.01,P<0.05).(2)Serum leptin level was positively correlated with BMI and TCH、TG、but HDL.ConclusionThe fattyliver sxist the leptin level increasing and leptin resistance.The higher leptin level closely sorrelate with fatty liver.
