肾上腺囊肿21例临床分析

目的：提高肾上腺囊肿的诊断和治疗水平。方法：回顾21例。肾上腺囊肿的临床资料和诊治情况，并结合相关文献讨论肾上腺囊肿诊治。结果：21例均行手术切除，其中17例采用后腹腔镜手术，所有患者均正常恢复出院。结论：随着影像学技术的进步。肾上腺囊肿的诊断越来越容易。采用后腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺囊肿已成为手术治疗肾上腺囊肿的主要方式。

A clinical analysis of 21 patients with adrenal cysts

Objective： To improve the diagnostic and therapeutic level of adrenal cysts. Methods： The clinic material of 21 patients with adrenal cysts and the concerned literature were retrospectively reviewed. Special attention was paid to the progress of retroperitoneal laparoscopy technology to investigate how to treat adrenal cyst scientifically. Results： All the patients recovered themselves after treatment and were discharged from the hospital, and 17 of whom were treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopy. Conclusion： With the progress of imaging technology, it is obviously easier to diagnose adrenal cyst than before. The method of applying retroperitoneal laparoscopy to the surgical treatment of adrenal cyst has become the main surgical technique used to treat adrenal cyst.
