玻璃化冷冻卵母细胞及卵巢组织研究进展

摘    要:玻璃化冷冻技术近年已广泛应用于生殖领域,尤其是在女性生育力的储备方面展示其特有的优势。目前胚胎玻璃化冷冻已较成熟,并应用于临床。首次卵母细胞玻璃化冷冻的成功以及实验动物卵巢组织成功移植并获得分娩给研究带来无限希望,但目前仍处于实验阶段,研究者企图从不同角度解决难题。卵母细胞冷冻后,细胞结构的易损伤性造成的低复苏率,以及对卵巢组织玻璃化冷冻的可行性探索,对生殖领域提出新挑战。由于卵巢组织冻存与卵母细胞的冻存有着密不可分的联系,就两者国内外新进展做综述。

Abstract:Vitrification technology has been widely used in reproduction in recent years,especially its unique advantages in the reservation of female fertility. At present,the embryo vitrification has been applied in clinic with its more mature technology. The first success of oocyte vitrification and the transplantation of animal ovarian tissue with success delivery bring more hope to current studies,but the technique is still in experimental stage,and researchers are trying to solve problems from different aspects....
