同步放化疗对局部晚期鼻咽癌患者营养状况的影响

目的研究调查分析同步三维适形放疗联合化疗对局部晚期鼻咽癌患者营养状况的影响。方法回顾性调查分析我院89例接受同步三维适形放疗联合化疗的局部晚期鼻咽癌患者治疗前后的营养相关生化指标及体重和身体质量指数(BMI)的变化。结果所有患者均有体重下降,83.1%的患者体重下降明显。同步放化疗前后患者血浆白蛋白浓度和血浆甘油三酯浓度比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。而患者血浆总蛋白,钙、镁离子浓度在治疗前后无显著变化。结论同步放化疗对局部晚期鼻咽癌患者的营养相关指标有显著影响,尤其是血浆白蛋白和甘油三酯浓度。

Effect of concurrent radiochemotherapy on nutritional status of patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Objective To investigate the effect of concurrent radiochemotherapy (CRCT) on the nutritional status of the patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods A total of 89 patients with locally advanced NPC who had accepted CRCT was retrospectively investigated.Several nutrition-associated indexes as well as weight loss and body mass index (BMI) were documented before and after therapy,and then statistically analyzed.Results All patients had weight loss,and 83.1% of the patients had significant weight loss.The changes in serum albumin concentration and triglyceride concentration were observed after therapy as compared with those before therapy,with statistical significance (P<0.05).There were no significant changes in serum total protein concentration,serum concentrations of Ca 2 and Mg 2 ions at the end of treatment.Conclusions The results suggest that the nutrition-associated indexes of these patients with locally advanced NPC obviously deteriorate after CRCT,especially the serum albumin and triglyceride concentrations.
