头针、体针结合康复体位训练治疗脑梗死的临床研究

目的观察头针、体针结合康复体位训练治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将100例患者随机均分为2组,均予常规药物治疗,对照组50例予体针结合康复体位训练,治疗组予头针、体针结合康复体位训练治疗,2组均以15d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程观察疗效。结果①治疗组总有效率92.00%,对照组总有效率74.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。②2组治疗后神经功能缺损评分与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组少于对照组。③治疗组治疗后血液流变学指标与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),对照组治疗后除红细胞比容外,其余各项指标与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),2组治疗后血液流变学指标组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论在常规药物治疗基础上,采用头针、体针结合康复体位训练治疗脑梗死能显著改变血液流变学多项指标,临床疗效确切。

Clinical observation of combination of head acupuncture, body acupuncture and rehabilitation training of position on cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the effect of combination of head acupuncture, body acupuncture and rehabilitation training of position on cerebral infarction.Methods 100 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in two groups were treated by routine therapy. Patients in control group （n=50） were treated by combination of body acupuncture and rehabilitation training of position. Patients in treatment group （n=50） were treated by combination of head acupuncture, body acupuncture and rehabilitation training of position. The course was 15 days in two groups. The effect was observed after two courses.Results The total effective rate in treatment group （92.00%） was higher than that in control group （74.00%,P0.05）. There was obvious difference between before and after treatment on neurologic impairment score in two groups （P0.05）. The improvement of neurologic impairment score in treatment group was superior to that in control group （P0.05）.The improvement of haemorheology indexes in treatment group was superior to that in control group after treatment （P0.05）.Conclusion Combination of head acupuncture, body acupuncture and rehabilitation training of position has definite effect on cerebral infarction, and can improve haemorheology indexes.
