标本放置时间对血细胞分析仪检测结果的影响

目的探讨血液标本放置时间对于五分类血细胞分析仪检验结果的影响。方法2009年7—2009年9月,对保定市清苑县人民医院就诊的106例健康检查者,用SysmexXS-800i血细胞分析仪分别于采血后10min,1、2、6及24h各检测3次,取均值并比较。结果血小板平均体积（MPV）、血小板比容（PCT）、血小板分布宽度（PDW）、大型血小板比率（P-LCR）、红细胞压积（HCT）、红细胞平均容积（MCV）值随时间延长显著升高,其余项目无明显变化。结论标本应尽快检测完毕,否则会对结果产生明显影响。

Effect of Specimen Storage Time on Test Results by Hematology Analyzer

[Objective] To study the effect of specimen storage time on test results.[Methods]During July— September 2009,106 healthy people in Qingyuan County Hospital were selected.Their blood samples were analyzed 10 min,1,2,6 and 24 hours after collection,three times for each time,by Sysmex XS-800 I hematology analyzer.The mean values were compared.[Results]The values of MPV,PCT,PDW,P-LCR,HCT,MCV significantly increased with time,while the rest indexes did not significantly changed.[Conclusion]Specimen test should be completed as soon as possible,otherwise,it would have significant effect on result.
