摘    要:目的 提供一种组织细胞移植治疗的免疫隔离方法。方法 使海藻酸钠/聚赖氨酸(APA)生物微胶囊具生物相容性、适宜强度与通透性,包埋组织细胞。结果 包埋相应移植组织细胞,取得了治疗糖尿病等疾病模型的成功。结论 生物微胶囊作为组织细胞移植的免疫隔离工具治疗神经内分泌或基因缺损性疾病具安全性与可行性。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To Provide a simple and safe way in protecting living cells from immune rejection for transplantation therapies. METHODS: Enclose cells in Alginate-poly-l-lysine (APA) biomicrocapsules which have to be satisfied the following requirements: 1. biocompatibility, 2. strength, 3. permeability. RESULTS: The transplanted cells survived and had prominence therapy function in experimental animals. CONCLUSIONS: Biomicrocapsules are feasible tools for cells immune-transplantation.
