摘    要:目的:探讨小组讨论式教学应用在护理实习生临床护理操作带教中的作用。方法:对比应用小组讨论式教学后,2组护理实习生的护理操作考试成绩和综合素质情况。观察组50名,采用小组讨论式教学法,对照组51名采用传统带教方法。结果:观察组护理实习生护理操作考试成绩、综合素质成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:小组讨论式教学法应用于临床护理操作的带教,培养了学生的自学能力、独立思考能力、表达能力、评判性思维能力、解决问题能力、沟通协调能力和获取信息能力等多方面的能力。

Abstract:Objective: The aim of the study was to explore the effect of group discussion on clinical nursing manipulation skills. Methods: The scores of nursing manipulation skills and the overall quality of the intern students from two groups were compared. There were 50 students in experiment group with the method of group discussion teaching while 51 students in control group with the method of traditional teaching. Results: There were significant differences in the scores of nursing manipulation skills and the overall quality of the two groups. The outcomes of the experiment group were higher than the control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: The application of group discussion used in clinical nursing manipulation skills could facilitate the students' ability of self-learning, independent thinking, communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication and the ability of information acquirement, and so on.
