| 摘 要： | 在过去10多年中，非小细胞肺癌的化疗一直是一个有争议的问题。像新药吉西他宾，紫杉醇，异长春花碱等已经显示出它们是有前途的单一化疗药物，把它们应用到联合化疗方案中获得了更高的反应率和存活率。本文就单一化疗药物，新药和正在研究的药物，联合化疗，手术切除后的辅助化疗，非小细胞肺癌局部进展病变的化疗，非小细胞肺癌局部进展期诱导化疗和手术治疗，进展期（Ⅳ期）的化疗进行讨论。

| Abstract: | Chemotherapy of NSCLC has been a controversial issue during the last decade. New drugs like gemcitabine, the taxanes and vinorelbine have shown very promising single agent activity and have been included into modern combination chemotherapy regimens achieving higher response rates and survival rates. This review discusses single agent chemotherapy, new and investigational agent, combination chemotherapy, adjuvant chemotherapy following surgical resection, chemotherapy for locally advanced non small cell lung cancer, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, induction chemotherapy for locally advanced non small cell lung cancer and chemotherapy for advanced disease. |
