| 摘 要： | 目的以冠状动脉造影(CAG)为金标准,评价64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像(CTA)在显示冠状动脉病变时的临床价值。方法搜集70例患者的CTA完整资料，并与两周内实施的CAG结果进行对比，对CTA显示的冠状动脉病变情况进行评估。结果在CTA显示的所有病例中，共计259支冠状动脉可用于评估，107支存在病变，101支得到CAG证实；6支由CTA显示狭窄而CAG确定为正常，另外有8例CAG确诊存在的病变，而在CTA上未能显示。CTA诊断冠状动脉病变的敏感性为92.7%，特异性为96.5%，阳性预测值为94.4%，阴性预测值为95.4%。结论CTA在显示冠状动脉病变时，具有较高的敏感性和特异性，对于病变程度的评估也比较准确，适用于临床怀疑冠心病的患者进行CAG前的筛选检查。
