| 摘 要： | 目的探讨药物滥用者血清中细胞因子、NO含量变化及其与免疫功能损害的相互关系.方法采用放射免疫法检测50例药物滥用者血清中细胞因子、NO含量并与正常人比较.结果药物滥用者IL-1、IL-2和TNF含量明显低于正常人(P＜0.01),NO含量非常显著高于正常人(P＜0.001).结论药物滥用者细胞因子含量降低和NO含量升高可能是其免疫功能(特异性免疫和非特异性免疫)损害的主要原因.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate reasons of decreased immunofunction in drug abuses and the relationship with the changes of IL 1,IL 2,TNF and NO level in serum of drug abuses. Method: Subpopulations of IL 1,IL 2,TNF and NO levels were measured in 50 drug abuse patients. Results: Cytokines(IL 1,IL 2,TNF)level in serum of drug abuse group significantly decreased ( P <0 01) and NO was higher then that of the control ( P <0 001). Conclusion The immunofunction (containing specific immunity and nonspecific immunity) of drug abuses is lower than that of healthy persons, which is probably related to the decrease of cytokines and they are interrelated and interacted each other. |
