CD44v6在原发性肝癌中的表达及其意义

目的探讨CD44v6在肝癌中的表达及其在肝癌转移中的作用.方法采用免疫组织化学技术(S-P)检测69例肝癌组织中CD44v6的表达情况.结果①CD44v6主要定位于癌细胞的胞膜,部分胞质同时出现阳性表达;CD44v6在69例肝癌组织中阳性表达率为59.4%(41/69);②在发生转移的肝癌组织中CD44v6阳性表达率为76.3%(29/38),高于无转移的肝癌组织中CD44v6(38.7%,12/31)阳性表达率,差异具有显著性意义,P＜0.05;③CD44v6的表达与肿瘤的大小、AFP水平、有无HBV感染、肿瘤分化、性别及年龄等均无相关性,但和肿瘤侵袭转移的发生有相关性(P＜0.005).结论 CD44v6的表达与肝癌侵袭转移的发生有密切关系,其阳性表达对预测肝癌是否发生转移具有临床意义.

Expression of CD44v6 in primary hepatic carcinoma and its clinical signifance

Aim To investigate the expression of CD44v6 in primary hepatic carcinoma tissue. Methods Expression of CD44v6 in primary hepatic carcinoma tissue from 69 patients with primary hepatic carcinoma were detected using S-P immunohistochemical technique.Results The positive-expression rate of CD44v6 in primary hepatic carcinoma tissue was 59.4%. The positive-expression rate of CD44v6 in primary hepatic carcinoma tissue with metastasis was 76.3%(29/38), which higher than that in primary hepatic carcinoma tissue without metastasis, CD44v6 positive-expression was remarkably related with the metastasis in primary hepatic carcinoma (P<0.005). The positive-expression of CD44v6 wasn't related with the size of tumor, level of AFP, HBSAg, sex, age, stage of tumor. but it was related with metastasis of tumor. Conclusion The CD44v6 are significantly related to the metastasis of liver cancer,over-expression of CD44v6 were significant for predicting metastasis of primary hepatic carcinoma.
