女性高危人群艾滋病防治知识现状和干预

目的 了解女性高危人群预防艾滋病知识现状和知晓率情况,探索娱乐场所女性服务人员艾滋病知识宣传干预重点和提高知晓率的方法.方法 在广安市城区随机选取38个文化娱乐场所,将其中16 ～40周岁的女性服务人员作为目标人群,通过发放宣传资料、开展讲座、知识问答、同伴教育、播放性病艾滋病防治知识影像资料等形式进行健康教育干预.结果 对艾滋病的3种传播途径知晓率由干预前的26.02％提高到干预后的87.73％,非传播途径的知晓率也由干预前的6.58％提高到干预后的33.83％,每次性行为时坚持使用安全套由干预前的1.25％上升至干预后的23.05％.结论 通过干预,目标人群性病艾滋病防治知识明显提高.多形式结合的健康教育干预方法在性病艾滋病预防工作中是可行和有效的.

Knowledge About AIDS Among the Women in High-risk Groups and Intervention

Objective To understand the current awareness of AIDS prevention from the high risk females in order to better focus on health education of AIDS intervention and awareness improvement Methods Totally 38 entertainment centers in Guang’an city were randomly selected,with their 16 to 40 years old female service personnel as the target population.The health education was then conducted through the issuance of promotional materials,seminars,quizzes,peer education,and video-playing of AIDS prevention knowledge.Results With the help of the intervention program,target population increased their awareness on the three ways of AIDS transmission from 26.02% to 87.73% after intervention.The awareness rate of non-transmission way also increased from 6.58% to 33.83%.There is also an increase on the insistence of using condoms in sexual behavior from 1.25% to 23.05%.Conclusion Drastic improvement was achieved through the intervention program.The combination of many forms of health education interventions is feasible and effective in the field of AIDS prevention.
