坐浴温度对痔手术后中药熏洗疗效的影响

目的观察不同温度下中药坐浴对混合痔术后疗效的影响。方法将120例混合痔术后患者随机分成4组,每组30例,采用中药洗剂分别在36、38、40和42℃下各坐浴5 min。治疗过程中分别记录患者术后第2、7、10天的疼痛、水肿、渗出、二便困难等并发症并评分。结果 40℃组对于减轻术后疼痛、水肿的疗效与36℃组、38℃组比较有统计学差异,与42℃组无统计学差异,但患者耐受性优于42℃组。结论痔术后采用40℃中药坐浴疗效最佳。

Clinical observation of the efficacy of different sitz bath temperature of fumigant Chinese herbal for the postoperative complications of the mixed hemorrhoids

Objective To observe the efficacy of different sitz bath temperature of Chinese herbs on postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods 120 patients with mixed hemorrhoidectomy were randomly divided into four groups,30 cases in each group: sitz bath with traditional Chinese medicine lotion at 36 ℃,38 ℃,40 ℃ and 42 ℃ for 5 minutes respectively.On the second day,seventh day and tenth day postoperatively,pain,edema,exudation,constipation and urinary disturbance were scored,all the data were analysized by statistical methods.Results 40 ℃ group and 36 ℃ group,38 ℃ group had significant differences in pain,edema,exudation respectively,while no significant difference with 42 ℃ group,and the tolerance of 40 ℃ group was the best.Conclusion Chinese herbal fumigant sitz bath at 40 ℃ is effective for patients after mixed hemorrhoidectomy.
