| 摘 要： | 目的 :分析临床无淋巴结转移的舌活动部鳞癌患者的隐匿性淋巴结转移在颈部的分布 ,指导淋巴结转移的舌癌患者的选择性颈淋巴清扫的区域。方法 :回顾 2 5例无临床淋巴结转移而行选择性全颈淋巴结清扫的病例 ,分析术后病理阳性淋巴结在颈部各区的分布。结果 :病理证实淋巴结转移 13例 ,其中颌下及颏下区 2例 ,颈内静脉淋巴结上组 7例 ,颈内静脉淋巴结中组 3例 ,颈内静脉淋巴结下组 1例。结论 :无临床淋巴结转移的舌癌患者 ,应行颌下至颈内静脉淋巴结下组的局限淋巴结清扫术。

| Abstract: | Objective: To elevate the validity of selective surgery for lymph noods neck in squmous cell carcinoma of the mobile tongue by analyze the distribution of latent noods in neck.Methods: 25 cases having selective surgery with lymph noods were reviewed retrospectiveiy.Results: According to the suggestion of division of neck level,2 patients had metastasis at level Ⅰ;7,level Ⅱ;3,level Ⅲ;1,level Ⅳ.Conclusion: For lymph noods neck of the mobile tongue cancer,a neck disection of level Ⅰ-Ⅳ is more than enough. |
