| 摘 要： | 目的研究广西城乡居民酒精依赖的疾病负担水平及其分布特征。方法根据2007年广西城乡≥15岁居民精神疾病的流行病学调查资料和2006年广西死因回顾抽样调查资料,采用全球疾病负担研究(GBD)方法,计算广西城乡居民酒精依赖的伤残调整生命年(DALY)。结果 2007年广西≥15岁城乡居民因酒精依赖DALY损失为1.45 DALY/千人,其中因死亡造成的损失(YLL)为0.05 DALY/千人;因残疾造成的损失(YLD)为1.40 DALY/千人;农村居民损失1.95 DALY/千人,高于城市的0.65 DALY/千人;男性DALY损失为2.83 DALY/千人,高于女性的0.14 DALY/千人;酒精依赖的DALY损失主要集中在30~69岁,在60~69岁最高。结论农村、男性和中老年人群是广西酒精依赖防治的重点,应采取各种措施预防酒精依赖所带来的伤残危害。 |
