舟曲救灾官兵心理创伤与社会支持及自我和谐关系

目的 了解舟曲救灾官兵心理创伤情况,并探讨其与社会支持、自我和谐的关系。方法 采用事件冲击量表修订版(ISE-R)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和自我和谐量表(SCCS)对147名救灾官兵进行测评。结果 舟曲救灾官兵的心理创伤程度较重,有75.5%(111/147)的官兵有轻度或轻度以上的心理创伤症状;主观支持、支持总分低于中国军人常模(t=-2.03,P<0.01),不同社会支持组别官兵唤醒得分比较,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.69,P<0.05);自我和谐得分高于中国军人常模(t=5.24,P<0.01),与心理创伤呈正相关(r=0.306,P<0.01)。结论 舟曲救灾官兵心理创伤严重、自我和谐水平低,并受社会支持的影响。

Relationship between mental trauma,social support and self-harmony among rescue soldiers
