| 摘 要： | 目的通过不同浓度氟化钠对大鼠尿氟、血氟、牙氟、骨氟以及对下切牙体视显微镜的观察,分析氟离子代谢对氟斑牙形成的影响。方法将Wistar雌性大鼠随机分为5组,分别以0、25、50、100、150 mg/L氟离子饲水喂养6个月,测定尿、血、牙、骨氟离子浓度及对下切牙进行体视显微镜观察。结果 150 mg/L组从第8周开始,体重增长趋势逐渐减弱,与空白组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各染氟组尿氟、骨氟和牙氟与空白组相比较,氟离子浓度值明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);染氟组血氟均有不同程度升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟斑牙出现的时间和轻重程度与染氟时间和剂量呈正相关关系,氟斑牙体视显微镜下病变程度更加明确;尿氟、骨氟及牙氟与氟斑牙的形成和进展呈正相关关系;血氟变化与氟斑牙形成关系不明确。 |
