外照射加参麦注射液治疗肺癌的免疫功能测定

目的：探讨外照射加参麦注射液治疗肺癌的免疫功能测定。方法：将40例经病理证实为肺鳞癌、腺癌的病例40例，分成单纯放射治疗组和放射治疗加参麦注射液组。每组20例，两组病例全部进行放射治疗，用钻60—r射线或6MV—X线照射。参麦注射液组在放射治疗过程中加用参麦注射液50mL，1，3，5，7d静脉滴注，隔1周后重复一次，直到放射治疗结束。两组病例治疗中，治疗结束时进行免疫功能测定二次。结果：参麦注射液治疗组免疫功能测定，T淋巴细胞仁核面积平均值为6．41，T淋巴细胞仁核光密度为6．28，两项平均为6．34，按软件系统标准均为轻度免疫功能低下。单纯放射治疗组：免疫功能测定，T淋巴细胞仁核面积平均为4．38，T淋巴细胞仁核光密度平均为4．03。两项平均为4．20，免疫功能为重度低下。结论：肺磷癌、腺癌放射治疗中加用参麦注射液能提高机体的免疫能力。

Survey on the immune function of lung cancer treated with external irradiation and Shenmai Injectio

Objective To study the immune function of lung cancer treated with external irradia- tion and injectio. Methods Forty cases proved lung phosphorus cancer and adenocarcinoma by patholo- gy were divided into two groups,group A(20 cases) treated with pure radiotherapy,group B(20 cases) with radiotherapy plus Shenmai Injectio.The radiotherapy applied boring 60-r ray and 6 mv-x. Group B was treated by way of vein drop in the 1st,3rd,5th and 7th day in each week until the end of radiotherapy. At the end of the treatment a test on the immune function was done twice in the two groups. Results The immunity function in group B showed the average value of IS was 6.4 and LOD was 6.28(averagely 6.34), which meant a low-grade immune function according to the standard of the system. In group A IS was 4.38 and IOD was 4.03(averagly 4.20),which meant a severe low immune function.Conclusion In the treatment of adenocarcinoma the immune function of economy can be im- proved by Shenmai injectio.
