| 摘 要： | 目的探讨姬松茸菌孢多糖对裸鼠SGC-7901移植瘤的抑瘤作用及其可能的作用机制。方法计算移植瘤体积、重量，测定脾脏和肝脏指数。结果姬松茸菌孢多糖能明显减少移植瘤体积，减轻移植瘤重量，拮抗移植瘤裸鼠脾脏和肝脏指数的减少。结论姬松茸菌孢多糖有较强的抑瘤作用，其机制与提高机体的免疫功能密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the tumor-inhibiting effect and probable mechanism of Agaricus blazei fungal spores polysaccha ride on nude mice's SGC-7901 transplanted tumor.Methods: Calculate the volume and weight of the transplanted tumor,determine the index of spleen and liver.Results: Agaricus blazei fungal spores polysaccha ride could obviously reduce the volume of the transplanted tumor,decrease its weight,and decrease the index of spleen and liver.Conclusion: Agaricus blazei fungal spores polysaccha ride has a good inhibitory effects on tumor,and its mechanism is connected with the improving of body's immunity. |
