| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT对单纯筛骨眶板骨折的临床诊断价值。方法对37例颅面部外伤患者进行头颅常规CT扫描,12例行HRCT扫描检查。结果37例单纯筛骨眶板骨折患者中,30例（29例凹陷型骨折,1例粉碎型骨折）经头颅常规CT扫描明确诊断,7例线型骨折经HRCT扫描明确诊断。结论头颅常规CT和HRCT能清楚显示单纯筛骨眶板骨折的直接和间接征象,两者联合应用有很高的临床诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical value of CT in diagnosing the simple fracture of lamina papy- raeea. Methods 37 patients with craniofaeial trauma were examined by conventional head CT, 12 patients were examined by HRCT; And analyzed the imaging features of all patients. Results Of 37 patients with the simple fracture of lamina papyracea, 30 patients （ depression fracture in 29 cases, crush fracture in 1 eases） were con- firmed by conventional head CT scanning, 7 patients with the linear fracture were confirmed by HRCT scanning. Conclusion Conventional head CT scanning and HRCT scanning can accurately display the direet and indirect signs of the simple fracture of lamina papyraeea. CT combined with HRCT have high clinical value in diagnosing the simple fracture of lamina papyracea. |
