低分子肝素钠联合阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死的临床研究

目的探讨低分子肝素钠联合阿司匹林治疗发病6小时内的急性脑梗死的效果及安全胜。方法选择83例急性脑梗死患者分为治疗组（43例）及对照组（40例），治疗组用低分子肝素钠5000单位皮下注射，1日2次，共7天，阿司匹林100毫克，1日1次，共7天。对照组用安慰剂皮下注射，1日2次，连续7天，阿司匹林100毫克，1日1次，共7天。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，治疗组痊愈率73．3％，对照组痊愈率23．3％，比较差异有极显著性（P〈0．01）。结论低分子肝素钠联合阿司匹林治疗急性性脑梗死起效快、作用强、效果好、安全性可靠。

Clinical research of low molecular weight heparin in combination with aspirin in ACI treatment

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of using low molecular weight heparin in combination with aspirin to treat ACI in the first 6 hours at its onset. Methods 83 cases were divided into two groups: the treatment group (n＝43) and the control group (n=40). The patients in the treatment group received 5000 units of subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin twice a day and took 100mg aspirin once a day for a week. T he patients in the control group received subcutaneous injection of Placebo twice a day and took 100mg aspirin once a day for a week. Results Therapeutic outcome of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group with the cure rate 73.3% v 23.3%, which was really meaningful (P<0.01) .Conclusion The treatment in the first group got a quicker, stronger and better effect and was reliably safe.
