| 摘 要： | 乙醇脱氢酶（alcohol dehydrogenase,ADH）和乙醛脱氢酶（aldehyde dehydrogenase,ALDH）是人体内酒精代谢的重要酶,而乙醛脱氢酶2在酒精代谢产物乙醛的解毒中起重要的作用。近年来对ALDH2基因的结构、表达及其多态性有了更深入的了解,本文对其作一综述。

| Abstract: | The important enzymes for alcohol metabolism include alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH) and aldehyde dehydrogenase(ALDH) in human body.ALDH2 has the important role in the effect of aldehyde detoxification which is always the outcome in alcohol metabolism.At present,the studies on the structure and the polymorphism of gene ALDH2 and the expression of ALDH2 mRNA have made great progress.This paper will review the focuses. |
