界首市农村居民艾滋病相关知识调查分析

目的 了解农村居民艾滋病知识的变化情况及可能影响因素,为下一阶段有针对性开展宣传工作提供依据.方法 采用分层整群抽样的方法,对界首市421名15～49岁农村居民进行问卷调查.结果 界首市农村居民艾滋病知识平均知晓率为85.80%,较基线调查时(70.77%)有了明显提高,其中重点乡镇和非重点乡镇知晓率分别为86.68%和84.93%,两者比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.038),两者对艾滋病传播途径和非传播途径知识的了解程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),无偿献血知识知晓率为82.30%,自愿咨询检测点知晓率最高为市疾控中心(59.62%).结论 界首市农村居民艾滋病知识知晓率大都已达到<中国遏制与防治艾滋病行动计划(2006～2010年)>规定75%的要求,但部分知识点和无偿献血相关知识较目标值仍有一定差距,因此,在今后工作中应加大对薄弱知识点的宣传力度.

HIV/AIDS related knowledge of rural residents in Jieshou

Objective To learn about the changes and possible influencing factors of HIV/AIDS related knowledge among rural residents in Jieshou,and provide a foundation for carrying out the next AIDS program.Methods 421 rural residents aged from 15 to 49 in Jieshou were investigated through stratified cluster sampling.Results The average awareness rate of HIV/AIDS related knowledge among rural residents in Jieshou was 85.80%,higher than the result of baseline survey(70.77%).Of the surueyed respondents,the knowledge awareness rates of those from key rural town and non-key rural town were 86.68% and 84.93%,respectively,no statistically significant difference found between the two sub-populations(P= 0.038),but with statistically significant difference found in the awareness rates of transmission and non-transmission routes of HIV(P<0.001).The knowledge awareness rate of non-remunerated blood donation was about 82.30%.Of all VCT spots,CDC was known by 59.62% of respondents.Conclusion he levels of HIV/AIDS related knowledge among rural residents in Jieshou have achieved the goals(75%) specified in "China containment and Plan of Action to Combat AIDS(2006-2010)",but there still exists a certain gap from the goal in some knowledge of non-remunerated blood donation.Therefore,weak points of the knowledg among the population should be made up for in the futune work.
