| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨微创治疗高血压脑出血的方法、适应症及疗效。方法 回顾分析40例高血压脑出血微创清除术病例的治疗及效果。结果 术后2天血肿基本清除5例，3天24例，7天8例；预后按GCS昏迷评分法分类：良好28例，中残6例，重残3例，死亡3例。结论 微创清除术治疗高血压脑出血疗效优于传统手术，具有操作简单、创伤打击小等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods,indications and Curative effect of minimally invasive surgery in the patient with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods the data of 40 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated with minimally invasive Surgery were analyzed retrospectively. Results The hematomas in 5 cases were completely drained in 2 days after the operation.24 cases in 3 days and another 8 cases in 7 days.According to the Glasgow,28 cases presented good prognosis.6 mild disability,3 severe disability.and 3 died. Conclnsion The outcomes in the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated by minimally invasive surgery are much better than that treated by the routine method. |
