同种异体脱钙骨基质结合自体红骨髓修复家兔骨缺损的实验研究

摘    要:
实验用20只成年家兔做为动物模型。在双侧桡骨中段造成一骨缺损,右侧为实验组,植入复合骨移植物;左侧为对照组,单数家兔缺损处植入异体脱钙骨(aDBM),双数家兔植入自体松质骨(ACB)。结果:经组织染色镜下观察证实了aDBM可诱导间质细胞分化成骨细胞并形成新骨,经术后X线平片评分,~(99)Tc—MDP骨闪烁计数得出:实验组新骨形成量高于aDBM组和ACB组。

Abstract:
A segmental tone defect was made in middle shaft of bilateral radii of twenty adult rabbits.A composite bone graft was implanted in right bone defect, taking as experimental group.Left limb was taken as control group.Allogenic decalcificated bone matrix (aDBM) was implanted in bone defect in the odd number rabbits, and autogenic concellous bone(ACB)implanted in bone defect in the even number rabbits. It was histologically demonstrated that DBM induced mesenchymal cells proliferating, differentiating into esteoblasts and formating new bone; X-ray plain film scoring and ~(99)Tc-MDP scintigraphy and scintillation count showed that the quantity of new bone in experimental group was higher than that in both aDBM group and ACB group
