2型糖尿病谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体殖民地CRP的关系

目的 探讨2型糖尿病中谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体（GAD-Ab）与急性时相反应标记物之一C-反应蛋白（CRP）之间的联系。方法 对112例2型糖尿病患者进行GAD-Ab和CRPGAD-Ab阳性组其CRP值较GAD-Ab阴性组明显升高。结论 炎症是与胰岛β细胞功能和结构缺陷有关的自身免疫反应的一部分。胰岛细胞自身免疫反应的存在是与急性时相胰岛素分泌的紊乱有关的。

Relations between GAD-Ab and CRP in 2 type diabetes mellitus

Objective　To study the relations between GAD-Ab（glutamic acid decarboxylase autoantibody）and CRP（C-reactive protein）in 2 type diabetes mellitus.Methods　GAD-Ab and CRP were measured in 112 patients with 2 type diabetes mellitus.Results　In the patients whose GAD-Ab were positive，the blood concentration of CRP were significantly increased than those negatives of GAD-Ab.Conclusion　Inflammation may be a part of the autoimmune reaction associated with the functional as well as structural deficiency of pancreatic β-cell.The presence of islet cell autoimmunity is associated with an impairment of the acute phase insulin secretion.
