| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨加减柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤对阿尔茨海默病(AD)模型小鼠学习记忆能力的影响.方法:灌服AlCl3复制小鼠AD模型.运用Morris水迷宫系统测定正常组、模型组、脑复康组、加减柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤大、小剂量组小鼠的逃避潜伏期及跨台次数.结果:加减柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤能明显缩短逃避潜伏期、增加跨台次数,且大剂量组与脑复康组比较呈显著性差异.结论:加减柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤对铝致AD模型小鼠空间学习认知损害具有明显保护作用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of adjusted Chaihulonggumuli Decoction on the space learning and memory of mouse model in Alzheimer's disease.Method:AD mouse model was induced by perfusing AlCl_3.Escaping time and bestraddling-dais frequency were measured with Morris water maze system in normal group,AD model group,piracetam group,high dosage of Adjusted Chaihulonggumuli Decoction group,and low dosage group.Result:Adjusted Chaihulonggumuli Decoction has notable different effects on shortening escaping-time,enhancing bestraddling-dais frequency,and it has also predominant difference in high dosage group compared with piracetam group.Conclusion:Adjusted Chaihulonggumuli Decoction can ameliorate the space learning and memory of AD model mouse injured by Aluminium. |
