摘    要:用黑腹果蝇(Drosophila melanogaster)的标准野生型品系Oregen K研究硒化卡拉胶对果蝇的吃食、交配和寿命的影响。结果表明,含硒量6ppm-338ppm硒化卡拉胶能明显增加雌蝇的吃食次数;113ppm和338ppm硒化卡拉胶能明显增加果蝇的交配次数,6ppm-338ppm硒化卡拉胶能明显延长雌蝇的半数寿命、平均寿命和最高寿命,也能延长雄蝇的半数寿命和平均寿命,但对雄蝇的平均寿命无显著影响。

EFFECTS OF SELENOCARRAGREENAN ON EATING FOOD, COPULATION AND LONGEVITY IN DROSOPHILA MELANOGASTER
Abstract:Effects of Kappa-sclcnocarragrecnan (SC) on eating food, copulation and longevity in Oregon K stock of Drosophila melanogasler were studied. The results showed that selenium content 6 ppm-338 ppm of SC increased the numbers of eating food in flies; 113 ppm and 338 ppm of SC increased the frequencies of copulating; in flies, 6 ppm -338 ppm of SC prolonged the median lifespan, the mean lifespan and the maximum lifespan; SC prolonged also the median lifespan and maximum lifespan of flies, but it did not prolong significantly the mean lifespan in flies.
