心理干预对断指再植术后患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响

目的探讨心理干预对断指再植手术患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法将90例断指再植手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,观察组在常规治疗和护理基础上给予一系列心理护理措施,对照组不予干预,分别采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）进行测评。结果观察组术后第8天SAS、SDS评分均明显优于术后当天（P〈0.01）;术后第8天观察组SAS、SDS评分均明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）;对照组术后第8天SAS、SDS评分与术后当天差异没有统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论心理护理能有效地改善断指再植术后患者的焦虑及抑郁情绪,对断指再植成活起积极作用。

Effect of psychological intervention on the anxious and depressive feeling of patients after digital replantation

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on the anxious and depressive feeling of patients after digital replantation. Methods 90 cases underwent digital replantation were randomly di- vided into the observation group （45 cases） and the control group（45 cases）. A series of psychological nursing measures were given to the patients in the observation group based on the routine treatment and nursing, the control group had no intervention. All cases were evaluated with Zung＇ s SAS and SDS. Results The SAS and SDS score on the eighth day after operation were obviously better than intraday after operation in the observation group, showing a significant statistical difference（ （P 〈 0.01 ）. The score of the observation group were obviously better than control group on the eighth day after operation. The score on the eighth day and the intraday after operation in the control group had no statistical difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions The psychological intervention can efficiently improve the anxious and depressive feeling of patients after the digital replantation. There is positive effect to the survival rates of digital replantation.
