金糖宁胶囊的临床研究

目的 评价金糖宁胶囊治疗2型糖尿病(属于湿浊中阻兼血瘀证的)临床疗效.方法 212例病人采用随机双盲(双模拟)对照试验的研究方法分为治疗组103例(口服金糖宁胶囊),对照组109例(口服拜唐苹片),分别检测治疗前后两组血糖和糖化血红蛋白.结果 两组治疗前后空腹、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平组内比较,差异均有统计学意义.但两组治疗后空腹、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平平均下降值及下降幅度组间比较,差异均无统计学意义.结论 金糖宁胶囊用于治疗2型糖尿病属于湿浊中阻兼血瘀证患者能降低患者空腹、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平.

Clinical study of Jintangning capsule

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effectiveness of Jintangning capsule in the treatment on type 2 diabetes with the syndrome due to turbid dampness blocked in ZHONGJIAO and stagnation of the blood.METHODS 212 patients were randomly assigned into the treatment group(n=103 cases),treated with Jintangning capsule,and the positive control group(n=109 cases),treated with Glucobay tablet.Double-blind and double-moulding control were used in this study.Blood sugar and HbAlc were measured before and after treatment.RESULTS The mean of fasting blood glucose,the mean of 2 hours postprandial blood glucose and the mean of Alc were respectively with statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment.The differences in reduction between the two groups had no statistically significance.CONCLUSION Jintangning capsule may treat on turbid dampness blocked in ZHONGJIAO and the syndrome due to stagnation of the blood with type 2 diabetes,can reduce the mean of fasting blood glucose,the mean of 2 hours postprandial blood glucose and the mean of Alc.
