中老年女性膀胱颈部梗阻的超声诊断

目的探讨中老年女性膀胱颈部梗阻的超声诊断方法及标准。方法对131例临床诊断为膀胱颈部梗阻的门诊及住院患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，并与相同年龄段无症状的检查者145例的资料作对比研究。结果131例确诊患者膀胱颈后唇和或前唇的厚度，其中93例〉0．8cm（71％），38例介于0．4～0．8cm（29％）；对照组患者膀胱颈后唇或前唇的厚度，其中5例〉0．8cm（3％）；51例介于0．4—0．8cm（35％）；89例〈0．4cm（62％）。两组比较膀胱颈后唇或前唇厚度〉0．8cm比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），而两组比较膀胱颈后唇或前唇厚度介于0．4-0．8cm比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论对于临床上有排尿不畅等症状的中老年女性膀胱颈后唇或前唇的厚度〉0．8cm，可提示膀胱颈部梗阻可能性大，介于0．4～O．8cm的可提示膀胱颈增生肥厚。

Ultruasound diagnosis of the agreeable-old female's bladder neck obstruction

Objective To investigate the methods and standard of ultruasound diagnosis of the agreeable-old female＇s bladder neck obstruction（BNO） .Methods 131 eases of BNO diagnosed by clinical doctors were analyzed retrospectively, including outpatients and inpafients,contrasted with 145 cases of asympomatic examiners at the same age. Results Of the 131 eases of definite diagnosis patients, there were 93 cases whose thickness of bladder neck＇s back-lip and（or） front-lip were more than 0.8 cm（71 per） ,38 cases between 0.4 cm and 0.8 cm（29 per. ） ; In the contrast group there were 5 eases whose thickness of bladder neck＇s back-lip and（or） front-lip were more than 0.8 cm（3 per）, 51 eases between 0.4 cm and 0.8 cm（35 per. ） ,89 cases less than 0.4 cm（62 per. ）, it has significant difference between the two groups as the result of the bladder neck＇s back-lip and（or） front-lip＇s thickness more than 0.8 cm （ P 〈 0.01 ）, between 0.4 cm and 0.8 era without significant difference{ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion To the agreeable-old female patients with clinical sympom of urinary dysuria and et al, whose bladder neck＇s back-lip and（or） front-lip＇s thickness is more than 0.8 cm may pompt BNO; between 0.4 cm and 0.8 cm may pompt bladder neck hyperplasia.
