早期预测重症急性胰腺炎的研究进展

急性胰腺炎是常见的内科急腹症之一,有轻重之分,随着医疗技术水平的提高,其病死率仍在5%～10%。目前国内外很多学者针对影响重症急性胰腺炎发生、发展的因子做了大量研究,并建立起很多判定胰腺炎轻重的评分系统,以便早期预测,并及时给予相应治疗。现就国内外在这一方面的研究成果予以综述,以期引起更多学者对该领域的关注。

Research Progress in Early Prediction of the Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Acute pancreatitis is one of the common acute abdomen diseases,which can be divided into mild and severe acute pancreatitis.With the development of medical technology level,the overall mortality rate was still 5%-10%.Many scholars at home and abroad have made a great deal of research in the factors which affect the occurrence and development of severe acute pancreatitis,and set up a lot of discrimination scoring system of the severity,in order to realize early prediction of severe acute pancreatitis to give corresponding treatment.Here is to make a review on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars in this area,to arouse more attention.
