事故后边远雷达兵心理危机干预效果研究

目的探讨危机干预对事故后边远雷达官兵心理健康的影响。方法运用突发事件应激晤谈法(CISD)、眼动脱敏与再加工技术(EMDR)等方法进行事故后紧急心理危机干预,采用创伤后应激障碍自评量表(PTSD-SS)和临床症状自评量表(SCL-90)于危机干预前、后分别进行心理测评,研究创伤官兵心理健康状况和应激损伤的变化。结果干预前,情绪反应主要表现为恐惧、焦虑(P<0.01),伴有食欲降低、睡眠障碍生理反应;干预后,心理应激反应和危机损伤程度显著改善(P<0.01)。结论心理危机干预可明显减轻事故后边远雷达部队官兵应激反应,化解创伤带来的心理冲突,促进心理平衡。

Investigation into efficacy of psychological crisis intervention on post-accident radar soldiers in remote area

Objective To study the efficacy of crisis intervention on remote radar soldiers'mental health after accidents.Methods Critical incident stress debriefing(CISD) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing(EMDR) were used to intervene immediately in psychological crises,and post-traumatic stress disorder self-rating scale(PTSD-SS) and symptom checklist 90(SCL-90) were used to evaluate before and after the crisis.The variance of the soldiers'mental health and mental stress was researched.Results Before intervention,the main emotional responses were fear and anxiety accompanied by loss of appetite and sleep disorders(P<0.01).After intervention,stress reaction and crisis damage were improved obviously(P<0.01).Conclusion Psychological intervention can significantly reduce the stress response to the crisis among remote radar soldiers after accidents,defusing psychological conflict from the accident and promoting psychological balance.
