| 摘 要： | 本文报告了在人群调查中69名血瘀证患者的血液流变性改变,并与健康人群及非血瘀证患者比较。结果表明:人群中的血瘀证患者由于血细胞在量上的增加,红细胞聚集性增强及变形能力下降,导致了血液的高粘、高聚状态而使血液“如水之流”特性失常。该结果为血瘀证血液流变性异常的结论向人群外推提供了依据。

| Abstract: | An investigation of blood rheology of 69 community-based patients with blood-stasis syndrome was carried out. Compared with healthy population and patients with nonblood-stasis syndrome, the data in patients with blood-stasis syndrome indicated that quantity of hemocytes increased, aggregation of erythrocytes enhanced and deformability of erythrocytes decreased. These lead to hyper-viscosity and hyper-aggregation of blood, resulting in loss of normal character of blood flow which, in traditional Chinese medicine, was described as water stream. Our results provide scientific basis for extrapolating conclusion of abnormality of blood rheology in blood-stasis syndrome to community-based patients. |
